I would live in these if I could! These are undoubtedly, the most incredibly comfortable pair most mostly flat boots I have ever put on my feet. I initially purchased them to wear as an occasional weekend, casual shoe, but I am finding myself almost literally leaving them beside the door when I leave for work in the morning so that I can put them back on when I get home at night. They are warm. The support is incredible and I truly cannot say enough good things about this shoe. Perfect fit for my size 6 somewhat narrow feet, but feel as though there would be stretch for anyone who has feet that are on the wider side of a medium width, wonderfully supportive, not too flat as some of this style of shoe can be, and by the way – wonderfully nice and warm.

I bought this several months ago in preparation for my trip to New York this December. I used it on the first day of winter solstice, it just snowed a little, the road was slippery and I slipped quite a lot using this boots, good thing I did not totally fall down and hurt myself. Good thing I also brought my rubber shoes and I had to go back to my hotel and changed my shoes before heading for the day. The quality of the boots is not bad, but because safety is very important for me, I only scored it a one star. Sadly, I cannot return anymore because I purchased this more than 90 days ago before I actually used it on site. I have no use of this anymore after this trip because it does not snow in the place I live in.

Received these boots and loved them. Had to return them because they were returned to Macy’s with spots on them from someone splashing something near the boots. The boots were thrown in the shoes box with the shoe inserts in the bottom of the box. I can’t believe Macy’s doesn’t have better quality control on the return items. Called customer service and the women talked so fast I couldn’t even understand what she was saying. Of course now they don’t have my size in stock any more. Plus not on the sale price I paid. As a Platinum member I am very disappointed.

I had a really old pair of Cloudstepper boots that finally died. I’ve been looking for about a year to find a replacement. These are it! I wanted a COMFORTABLE, casual pair of boots that were easy to slip on when I had to quickly go out in the snow on an errand. I put my finger in the handy loop and slid my foot right in the very first time. This is remarkable because I have a very high instep and many shoes/boots just don’t work for me. The fur lining is super soft and they are “Cloudstepper Comfortable.” I haven’t tried them on icy sidewalks yet, but I’m hoping the sole reasonably grips as advertised. Also, thank you Clarks for producing wide widths for people like me!
