Very, very disappointed in dealing with Keurig

February 23, 2024I purchased a Keurig K Slim brewer from Amazon in March of 23. It worked great until January of 24. Called Keurig about getting a new one since I hadn’t had it a year. Was told the NEW Keurig I bought from Amazon was no longer in warranty (according to its serial #). I asked if that meant Amazon’s stock could be older products and they said yes. Keurig offered a 20% discount on a new brewer through them directly, however, it wouldn’t work with a NEW K Slim. Decided to go ahead and purchase a new K Slim (I like the footprint of the K Slim) through Keurig in order to get a full 1 year warranty on it. Received it, set it up and had the same trouble trying to make the 1st cup of coffee. Called Keurig and they wanted to “troubleshoot” the problem. After checking several things I felt this was ridiculous on a brand new brewer so asked to return it for a full refund with a prepaid shipping label. They agreed to do it and prepared the necessary information. Since then I have made 3 more calls to Keurig trying to get the prepaid shipping label emailed to me (they say it comes from UPS). It has been well over a week since I called about the new K Slim not working properly and I have yet to receive the prepaid shipping label so I can return this Keurig K Slim coffee brewer. I’m beyond frustrated. Like the product when it is working but am not impressed with Keurig business AT ALL. The people I have spoken with have been very polite but their process needs a BIG OVERHAUL. With all of the other retail businesses I deal with I’ve never had this much trouble getting a simple prepaid label through email.

April 29, 2024I've had a K-Slim for 3-4 years. No complaints at all. Thinking I was doing the right thing I used the descaling solution and followed the directions on the website. This broke the machine. After a quick google search I came to find this in not uncommon as the descale process drains the water tank and shorts it out. I called Customer Service and though my machine was no longer under warranty I was offered a 20% discount on a replacement. Unfortunately the color I wanted was not available to purchase with the discount (the rep needed to place the order, it wasn't a coupon code) even though it was available on the website. I ended up purchasing it myself at full price which I didn't have an issue with. Once the product arrived I came to find that it had been redesigned and no longer works with the refillablle pods I had been using with the old machine. It seems that the only refillable pod that will work is the Keurig version. I am totally fine with that EXCEPT that it is a FOUR piece unit AND you have to remove another piece from the machine every time you switch between single use and the refillable pod AND that process causes some loose grounds to fall out everytime. I tried some newer 3rd party reusable pods and they didn't fit either (per the reviews they seem to work with all models except the K-Slim). I thought the point of this whole thing was to make coffee making quick and easy. This is a disaster!!!

January 5, 2025I was thrilled when i saw the keurig slim available and purchased it immediately. I also purchased a keurig reusable filter since i had a large amount of ground coffee from my previous single serve coffee maker. However first: the “UNIVERSAL” reusable filter DIDNT FIT even tho it plainly said “fits all keurig coffee machines” . The machine inly heats to medium!! Barely enough to brew the coffee. It doesn’t release the labeled smount of water. And lastly it occasionally leaks but im still troubleshooting that to be sure its not something im doing . Bottom line as great a space saver it is i just repurchased another mainstays dsngle serve coffee maker and the only complayi ever had was there is no on/off switch, you have to unplug

November 25, 2024I moved to studio apartment with only ONE counter, and I needed most of the space for my Convection toaster/oven/broiler. After dealing with the Keurig 1-cup Single-Serve Coffee Maker for the last 3 months, I was READY for a new Keurig that would come with a WATER RESERVOIR! Not only did it frequently NOT make a single cup - I had to add more water, lift the top up and down again over the same Pod - but the hassle of dealing with it just did not feel worth the single cup of coffee. So when I saw this NEW model - with a water reservoir - I immediately ordered it online.
It is FAST and DEPENDABLE: I get a good hot cup of coffee - 3 option for cup size - with a single lift/put in Keurig-cup motion. FINALLY! It fits in my small space and meets my needs for 4 cups of coffee the morning WITHOUT any HASSLE.
