I would consider myself a fragrance enthusiast who really values quality and versatility. I have a curated collection of high end, high quality perfumes so when I had the opportunity to test this fragrance free in exchange for a review through Influenster I was really excited. I tried this fragrance for about a month to make sure I am able to give valuable feedback. The description states the notes include pear, jasmine, and sandalwood. It is a very sweet fragrance, reminiscent of some of the older Victoria’s Secret fragrances from the early 2010s. It lasts about 5 hours before you would want to reapply, which to me is fair. I personally love a fragrance that lasts a good part of the day but fades over time as it doesn’t cause a headache like the really long-lasting ones often do. The bottle is a fun, very shiny gold with a large JC emblem on the front. The fragrance and bottle overall definitely seem geared toward a younger group, maybe teens/twenties. The bottle is heavy and it does not come with a cap, which might be worth knowing depending on how you store your perfumes and if you like to travel with them. Overall, if you like a sweet, fruity, long-lasting fragrance that smells the same all day as when you put it on, this is a good one to try. I recommend it more for a younger buyer as it may not be well-suited for a professional or mature audience. Bottle is very cute and the fragrance is good quality and the scent does not change throughout the day as a lot of sweeter fragrances often do.

I love perfumes, and I love testing out new ones. I usually enjoy warm comfy scents, so after reading the notes of I Want Choo Le Parfum I was extra excited.
First off, the bottle is very pretty. It is all a gold metallic color and, despite it looking opaque, is actually transparent enough to see the liquid inside. I will however say that this isn't very travel friendly since there is no way to secure the "cap" so that it doesn't spray.
I would classify this scent as more of an evening and autumn / winter scent. The scent is very pretty but on me, there are definitely layers to this fragrance. The fragrance notes I sense to start are definitely not what I smell after a few hours. Upon first spray, I am immediately immersed in the warm yet fruity blackberry / pear combo. You also quickly get hit with strong patchouli. I love this combination! It really feels like something you'd want to wear on a fall evening. As it dries on me, it settles a little bit into what I am guessing is the sweet praline scent. It is sweet and warm, but definitely not vanilla. Lastly, after a few hours, I smell what I believe is the musky, woody, almost smokey ambrette on my skin and it is very soft. The final dry down isn't my favorite on me, and I wish it completely dried down with the sweet praline scent on my skin instead. If it stayed that sweet praline or even the patchouli on my skin, I would have loved this fragrance that much more. I could imagine spraying this on my sweaters and jackets in the fall / winter time and really enjoying it!
The lasting power is fabulous - this perfume will definitely stay on your skin all night!
So that being said, due to the good lasting power, super strength of the scent, and beautiful opening notes, Jimmy Choo I Want Choo Le Parfume easily gets 4 stars from me. I wish there was a 4.5 star option!

It somehow maintains the DNA of the original I Want Choo while still being entirely different (you'd have to smell both to know what I mean). To me, I'd say this is a gourmand fruitchouli fragrance. I pick up a sweet, candied fruitiness that seems dark, juicy, ripe yet tart so I think I'm picking up mostly the blackberry note, but this element is balanced by the slightly soapy, creamy jasmine note, a smooth cashmere-like musky element that I think is coming from the ambrette and sandalwood notes, and a fresh, green patchouli note (not dirty or overly strong because I don't find it off putting as someone who isn't a fan of patchouli). All together, this makes for a sophisticated, sexy fragrance, perfect for date night (my boyfriend compliments me each time I wear it) or special occasions, but versatile enough that it could be worn as a signature scent. I find it to be unique as well as I don't believe I've smelled anything quite like it (with the exception of the vague similarities to the original, of course). Great projection (moderate) and longevity (8+ hours). The only reason I deducted a star is because it can smell a bit harsh/sharp if too much is sprayed in one spot (I find that misting over the body parts I want to spray yields the best results for me). I still really enjoy the fragrance and would recommend trying it out if this sounds like something you'd like.

This fragrance, from the box to the bottle to the scent, just screams luxury. The box itself is a smooth, golden glitter and the bottle is a beautiful solid gold with a small glitter accent on the spray nozzle area to match the box. The scent itself is rich and mesmerizing. At first, the scent is very reminiscent of an orchard sunset with notes of pear and berries swirling together to create a nice deep sweetness. It’s incredibly vibrant but not overly strong either. While I’m not a huge fan of florals typically, as this perfume settles you begin to smell a sensual blend of jasmine and patchouli with a soft floral aspect hiding in between. Under that, you can slightly sense a subtle clean and foresty smell, most likely stemming from the sandalwood in the base notes. All of this together makes for a sultry yet sophisticated smell that lasts all day. This fragrance will definitely turn heads and get you compliments every time you wear it. This is perfect for daytime, nighttime, and everything in between. This will have you smelling like straight money and luxury and having people wonder which celebrity afterparty you’ll be headed to after a long days work. Must have in your collection if you like feeling like a million bucks!
