I bought this vacuum cleaner because I needed something to replace my old Dyson, and my husband wanted a compact vacuum for quick cleanup. It definitely fit our budget right now and works amazingly well, especially having 2 kids, 3 dogs and 2 cats, it cleans so much hair and dust. I was impressed with how it sucked in the dirt and debris into the machine and right up to the baseboards. My old vacuum seemed to push the dirt away and didn't get nearly as close to the baseboards as this one. Since its more compact I had to empty the canister more often but it's so easy to empty that it wasn't an issue. I also love the cord length and how lightweight it is. It's so easy to carry up and down the stairs making cleaning a breeze and I only need to use one outlet for the upstairs as well as downstairs. The only issue I have so far is it does make a bit of a squeaky noise when I vacuum, but it doesn't seem to affect its ability, so we'll see how long it holds up. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good compact vacuum.

I have elbow issues and this is lightweight but still does a great job on carpet and flooring (without dirt kickback). The attachments(especislly the pet brush) are nice, except for how you use the wand. It's the only vacuum where I've had to piece it together to use it. So if you forget to reattach the hose, the dust just flys back out. It is annoying to have to keep attaching the hose back together every time you want to use a quick swipe of the wand. I hope the company figures another design technique so it works like most other vacuums. The cord storage is low as well,so after you have been bending to constantly attach the hose to finish your pulling on your back to wrap the cord. If I had known about the constant reattaching of the hose I wouldn't have purchased it.

I LOVE THIS VACUUM SO MUCH I EVEN BOUGHT ONE FOR MY ELDERLY FRIEND WHO HAS A DOG. SHE SIA IT PICKED UP SO MUCH DOG HAIR, SHE COULD HAVE BUILT ANOTHER DOG. MY FRIEND IS NOT STRONG SO SHE APPRECIATES THE LIGHTWEIGHT VACUUM AS SHE IS ABLE TO EASILY PUSH IT AROUND WITH MINIMAL EFFORT. I PURCHASED THE SAME VACUUM FOR MYSELF AS I AM DISABLED FROM A STROKE AND HAVE PETS TO CLEAN UP AFTER AND IT WORKS GREAT, EASY TO EMPTY AND CLEAN. IN FACT, ALL OF THE VACUUMS I PURCHASED IN THE LAST DECADE HAVE BEEN BISSEL AS THEY CLEAN UP PET MESSES EASILY AND I WOULD NOT EVER PURCHAS ANOTHER VACUUM BRAND.

Upset that my last upright vacuum just recently ceased to function, I knew I was going to purchase a new one online for my home, no matter what vacuum brand I was buying. Bissell was ultimately the most appealing to me during this search because it had a lower-end vacuum (compared to models that are hundreds of dollars) that I could afford, and I had heard positive reviews regarding Bissell through the housekeeping grapevine. My order arrived wicked fast, and the assembly of the vacuum was effortless; a detachable wand was a requisite for me to obtain, and this model delivers. After testing the vacuum out on a minuscule area of carpet, my Bissell suctioned up a wad of debris so large I immediately cursed myself for not buying it sooner and saving myself the hassles of my old vacuum. I cannot speak to how long this model will last, but I am contented with my selection so far!
