March 5, 2024I ordered these because they have the right number of well-designed pockets that I like, plus the lightweight ripstop fabric. Unfortunately, my inseam is 29", so I ordered the shortest available (30", a sad fact in a whole lot of men's pants). When they arrived, instead of 1" too long, they were 4" too long, despite the garment tag saying the inseam was 30". Also, even with the cuffs rolled up, their bagginess is a major overkill -- in the right wind, you could be involuntarily blown away. So, I took them to a tailor to have the cuffs shortened. While I was there, I decided to have some of the bagginess reduced so they will look like they fit me well, for an intentionally loose tactical pant. The tailor's bill was $55, so my new $55 tactical pants actually cost me $110. If you're considering these pants and want to know about the bagginess, pay no attention to the still pictures. Instead, scroll down (which I failed to do) and look at the bagginess in the video, then decide if you want to visit the tailor, or find some other pants.

May 9, 2024This model pant is excellent for work, even in warm weather because they absorb perspiration so it can dry. The 100% polyester pants do not allow for that. They are priced lower than some others but are still quite durable. The weight might be an issue for some after wearing all day but sometimes it just depends on wearing the right size. The deep and open design of the back pockets makes them good for items like gloves or a rag/towel or something of the sort in them, maybe even a phone.
This pant has the flexible waistband like the Stryke (which I normally wear outside of work along with Apex and Ridge). Unlike the Stryke, the side leg pockets are not deep enough for the average smart phone but the hand pockets and back pockets are. I always keep my wallet in my side leg pocket or front hand pocket. A snap button makes them more convenient. The leg pockets are positioned a little lower.

December 22, 2024I’ve been a buyer of these pants for many years and every year seem to buy three to four pairs. This time i ordered a pair that were to long and tight. I have a 5. 11 store in the area and took them there just to get a different size. I had all the tags even the order number on screen shot clearly showing I bought them directly. This return soon became an inquisition. The clerk began trying to claim I bought the pants somewhere else and was bringing there . I showed them a screen shot of the order number from 5. 11 showed them the tags. She then told me because i didn’t have a receipt there was nothing they could do. Once again I explained I ordered them online . She then began examining the pants and claimed I put a stain on the edge of one of the front pockets . She had to show me what she was talking about three times it was so hard to see. In the end she refused to return the pants for another pair. Unfortunately for one pair of pants I’ll be doing my shopping elsewhere. Especially when they can look me up and see I’ve been shopping there for years.

October 12, 2024I purchased several pairs in dark navy blue to wear for work instead of the garbage quality pants we are issued. I've had the same 5 pairs for at least 5 years now & the color hasn't faded at all. They have no tears, the hook/loop system that holds the cargo pockets closed still works great. The pants are water resistant & work quite well at beading the water on the surface instead of it soaking in. The back pockets are huge, I carry my portable radio & my asp in the right rear pocket while on foot & there's plenty of space for a water bottle or whatever. The left rear pocket I carry paperwork I may need while on post. The only complaint I have is I feel the opening of the front pockets are a little snug but I also have big hands so maybe that's why. The pockets are deep though.
