I've been using (2) MA-25s for just over 2 years. I find that they do a great job in lessening the amount of dust in the air and on surfaces. Also, the pet dander in my home is greatly reduced. I find that the MA-25 falls extremely short in reducing odors and toxic VOCs- which is the main reason I purchased the air purifier. I live in a townhouse with shared walls on either side and I experience Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS). In my experience, over the last 2 years, the MA-25 does not reduce strong odors from cooking; paint fumes; flooring staining fumes or laundry fumes. I would likely go with a different air purifier company in the future to combat these more toxic exposures.

We bought this purifier for our bedroom and it came just in time to clean the smoky air caused by a nearby wildfire. The difference was noticeable, we could breathe better. It also functions as a sort of fan to keep us cool at night, since it keeps the air moving. Quiet and convenient. I took off 1 star because it would be great if this filter had an indicator for the air quality like the larger purifiers do. It is also pricey to replace filters every 3 months but I think that’s pretty standard for these types of products. Overall, we really like this and we’re happy to be breathing clean air!

I bought the MA-25 in May of 2020 for my office. It performed wonderfully and I could not be more pleased with the purifier. I'm an animal assisted social worker and it is really important to me that the office doesn't smell like a dog works there (though he does). I also happen to have an annoying number of allergies that range from sniffles to closed airways. The purifier has been so fantastic that I purchased a larger unit when I moved to a larger space. I was sad in December 2022 when the little guy began to rattle and periodically shut down. I was also prepared to buy another if needed as there have been times I ran it 24/7 for months on end. Medify's customer service team was amazing! They sent some troubleshooting tips and then a replacement when the tips didn't resolve the issue. Their response was so reassuring that I bought three more small purifiers for the bedrooms. There is nothing quite the like the smell and feel of air that smells like...well, nothing. Just clean.
One request for the team: Please consider a recycling option for the future.

Bought two 3 years ago for use in my massage studios when I finally got back to work after initial Covid Shelter in Place. Both worked perfectly, until recently. On one, the fan started slowing down. I reached customer support by email who expressed commitment to quality and concern for this problem. We discussed solutions and in the end they simply replaced it. From a purchase 3 years ago. Just sayin. Also, as far as I know I have never had Covid. Due to my mask wearing everywhere or the Medify filter? or Both? I would totally buy from Medify again.
